The autonomous workforce.

A note from Jason — founder, Auria. Written 22 May 2026, in Hong Kong.

I.
The vision

We envision a future where every business has an always-on AI workforce that handles conversations, operations, and customer relationships autonomously.

II.
The belief

AI voice agents are just level one. The next step is autonomous systems that control all business operations — not just voice, email, WhatsApp, or SMS, but scheduling, customer relationships, workflows, decision-making, and execution end-to-end.

III.
Where we start

With the calls your clinic can't take. Aftercare follow-ups, missed rebookings, urgent callbacks, package upsell. Auria answers, books, flags what needs you — in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and seven more. That's level one. It's already live in Hong Kong.

IV.
Where we're going

Voice is the wedge. The road is the workforce. WhatsApp threads that close themselves. Calendars that schedule without anyone touching them. CRMs that update automatically because the work already happened. Every operation a business runs, run by an agent — humans set the direction, the system executes.

V.
Why now

Models are good enough. Latency is low enough. Customers expect 24/7. Staff burn out. The only thing missing was someone building it for the businesses that aren't Fortune 500. We're building it. Starting in Hong Kong. Built for Southeast Asia next.

VI. The road

Five levels of autonomy.

Each level removes a category of work. We're live at one — and we'll keep shipping.

If you're building, hiring, or running anything —
we want to talk to you.

Clinics, operators, investors, future teammates. Auria is the beginning of something much larger. The earlier you're in, the more it's yours too.
